I have been using this ribbon for several years in my business. It has always been a favorite of mine and my customers. Sadly, due to the poor quality recently, I have found myself cutting off more than I can use. I took a photo but was unable to upload to show how badly the ribbon curves. Cut off two feet and it curves so badly it makes a circle. It use to be more straight, but as that old saying goes.... they don't make 'em like they use to.

I have been purchasing ribbon and glitter ribbon from this online store for 4-5 years. In January, I placed an order for the 3/8" Silver Glitter ribbon that I have been purchasing from them for year, I use the glitter for the center of some of my bows. The product was different in texture and appearance. When I addressed the issue with Garrett I was informed that the new 3/8" silver glitter product was consistent with the prior product. Not true, as my customer noticed the difference and I had to redo a portion of the team order so all the bows matched. Very poor customer service.

I purchased this in white, purple, black and lime green for my Halloween bows. They look great centered down satin ribbon. The colors are great and it's very sparkly in the light. Easy to work with! My only issue was with the white color...the line of hot glue shows through a little and if you are attaching it to a darker color its noticeable. However, I still used it and my bows still look great. Just a heads up. Great price!!!
